Welcome to D3 Concrete Finishing & Repair, LLC. By using our website or contacting us by the phone, text, email, social media, or our online forms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Estimates

  • Free estimates are provided within our service area.

  • William Davis personally performs most estimates.

  • Some projects require an on-site inspection before pricing can be provided.

  • Estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise noted.

Scheduling

Project dates are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, emergencies, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any scheduling changes promptly.

Payments

Deposits may be required before scheduling certain projects. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Concrete Disclaimer

Concrete is a natural product. Minor color variations, hairline shrinkage cracks, surface texture differences, and slight imperfections are normal and do not affect the structural integrity of the finished product.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, identifying known underground utilities or obstacles, removing personal belongings from the work area, and keeping children and pets away during construction. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen site conditions.

Communications

D3 Concrete Finishing & Repair may use an AI-powered receptionist to answer calls, respond to messages, gather project information, and assist with scheduling. By contacting us, you consent to receive phone calls and text messages regarding estimates, scheduling, invoices, and customer service. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
